As you play around with 'query full' you might notice that some skills give you 3 blocks
worth of stats (or sometimes 2, and I think there's one that has 4). Weapon Mastery is
one of them.
This is because skills can now have multiple ways of qualifying for them. So you get
each qualifying 'block'. They are different by at least one stat or one prereq.
