Some of y'all have already bugged this...

Mobs are worth less xp in a lot of cases. Sometimes it's a little,
sometimes it's a bit more.

There are multiple factors at play when a mob level is calculated
and in conjunction with group bonuses, the infamous BLKB (below level
kill bonus) and how the new virtual levels work, it revealed some
calcuation anomalies.

part of the problem that legend's had balancing mobs vs xp is that
builders really have a hard time when they put numbers in for xp
amounts knowing what that xp amount really is. Some of that variability
went away in the last 2 big code pushes. Builders can now be more
confident with what they put in is the number that they intended and
do know that evaluation of mobs is a constant, ongoing process.

It was very frustrating as a builder to bump a mob the equivelent of
1000xp or thereabouts and suddenly find out it was worth 20K more
because of how the math worked.
