Short update on minor fixes this week:
- Fixed some acts from people of the mist in KSM
- Some items fixes in Abilene that had incorrect flags
- Fixed a bug that allowed players to pick up slot machines in Abilene
- Added kw 'amulet' to crown of parsley
- Nice changes to Herodotus from Cap:
o Herodotus wont anymore ask to kill a mob which is not up at the time
o Removed mobs that were too hard
o Replaced them with new mobs
