CODE UPDATE

- Ammo rent changes for fletch/summoned arrows (as well as all 
  generic ammo)

- Adjustment to how much hate is generated by low-but-frequent 
  heals
  
- reloading during the fight round restores the lag before the 
  fight round started... what this means: you don't incur a wait (lag)
  for auto-reloading while firing a gun from the wield or held (twogun)
  slot. If you already have a wait on you, like if you were bashed, 
  you will still be under that lag after the round is over.

- Summoned critters can't use guns

- Some very powerful mobs get a naturally and slightly faster 
  regeneration

- Crops added to 'gardens' output' 

- Shoot hand/disarm fixed

- Using the hate list turning code should only happen if the mobs 
  are flagged to use the hate list (none currently are)
  
- Bow specials won't go off if the shot misses

- Pretty significant change in how we handle 64 bit pointers and 
  high starting memory addresses. There shouldn't be any noticible 
  affect on gameplay.

- Regen rates modified again back closer to what they were. Improved 
  regen rooms (some inns) will still be faster, but we could no longer 
  double it so it just speeds it up a bit more than standard regen.
