Welcome Board Archive - In-Game Information

We are making some changes to how we, as the immortal staff, deal with in-game
information.

* There are no changes to how in-game information relates to quests.

* We will now allow conversation on public channels about equipment and skill
requirements.

* Many stats, not just limited to the above, may be provided by the immortal
staff on public boards, and help files. We will generally not provide the
information when asked directly, as we'd end up bombarded for this kind of
request.

You may see help files changing over the next while to match this new policy.
