1) The highest con required for any spells will now be 30, rather than 40 or 35
2) The number of items you're allowed to carry in your inventory no longer
depends on dex. You may carry the maximum number of objects once granted by
105 dex (32). Enjoy the inventory size increase for many of y'all.
(note that number fluxuates somewhat based on WHAT you have in your inventory
